Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CREST mobile application (“App”) operated by Crest Analytics Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose — cricket match scoring, statistics, and broadcast intelligence — subject to these Terms. Your licence is activated via a licence key provided by your club administrator or purchased through our website.

3. Account Registration

To access cloud features you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and entering match data.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Do not share, transfer, or resell your licence key to unauthorised parties.
• Do not attempt to circumvent licence restrictions or trial limitations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Crest Analytics Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. Match data you create remains yours.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can delete your account and data at any time from the Account tab within the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, match records, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crest Analytics Private Limited is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
